Our classic dry gin is aged in shiraz barrels to create this pink, flavoursome gin. We source our barrels from Margaret River and infuse a woody flavour into our dry gin. On the other hand, the Shiraz imparts its rich, full-bodied taste into our gin, creating a pink gin unalike any other.
