With World Coffee Day coming up on March 5th we thought we'd recommend our delicious Swan River Espresso Martini to celebrate the occasion!
Try our delicious take on a classic.
- 30mL Vanilla Vodka
- 30mL Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
- Double Shot of Espresso
- 15mL of Maple Syrup
- Add all ingredients plus ice to your shaker
- Shake well
- Strain into a martini glass
For your espresso think about using a local coffee roaster - we use Yellowline Coffee as the base of our coffee liqueur and it is a delicious, rich and dark roasted blend.
Bartenders Tip: Make sure you shake hard when shaking and pour fast for a good crema. Garnish with chocolate powder for a richer experience
