When can I expect to receive my parcel?
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates, as there are unavoidable delays beyond our control.
Please allow for 1 - 3 business days handling time.
Delays withstanding, typical delivery times are:
Perth Metro 1 - 7 business days
Interstate (Australia wide) 5 - 14 business days

How much does shipping cost?
or Australian orders we offer a $10 flat rate on all orders under $60. If you spend over $60 shipping is included.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally.
Do you offer express shipping?
Unfortunately, we are currently only provide standard shipping – please contact us if it’s an urgent order.
How can I track my order?
You should receive tracking once your order has been dispatched. This will be sent to the email address you used to place your order. You can use your tracking number to access Australia Post's tracking system. There you can see where your order is now, and when it is due to arrive.
My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please call or email us. We can help to resolve the situation.

Are walk-ins okay?
You can visit our Cellar Door without a booking. It is open Tuesday - Friday: 10am - 3pm.
Tastings are available by booking.
Do I need to book for a tasting?
We sure do!
Our tastings are $10 per person which includes:
- Tour of our Urban Distillery.
- Talk on the process of distilling with the distillers.
- Tasting of our full range - as well as a few extras being created.
- A small cheese board and crackers.
Our tasting and tour runs for 75 mins.
Do you do tours?
We do as part of our Tasting and Tour package!
Do you have food?
We currently do not offer food aside from the complementary nibbles that come with your tasting and tour.
You are welcome to order food to the distillery, or bring in snacks during the tour.
We are 10 mins from the Vic Park strip full of delicious eateries. Perfect to grab a bite before or after your tour. Find more here.
How long does the Tasting and Tour run for?
Our Tasting and Tour runs for 1 hour and 15 mins.
What is your maximum group size?
We currently can take up to 10 people in our tasting sessions. Contact us by email or phone if this is an issue.
Do you do private events and corporate functions?
Contact us by phone or email directly to discuss your needs.
A you kid friendly?
Children are welcome, as long as they are accomanied by an adult.
We do not have high chairs available, and only have bar stools available to sit on.
The distillery is pram friendly and accessible.
Can I make a special order?
We would love to assist you in putting together a special order, give us a call, email or visit our cellar door.
I ordered the wrong product, what should I do?
We are happy to help prior to the order being shipped, give us a call or email as soon as you know.
What payments methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal online. At our cellar door we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
We also take cash at the cellar door.
You will be notified by email when your order is ready to pick up.
Head into the cellar door and it will be waiting!
