Have you heard of butterfly pea? The South East Asian herb is a wonderful addition to our gin and adds a unique flavour. We add butterfly pea after distillation, allowing the colour and flavour to infuse into our gin. Add tonic - or lemon if you like your gin neat and watch the magic happen as our gin changes hues.
